Dixon Appointments – Recruitment Agency Melbourne is a recruitment agency serving employers and job seekers in Melbourne, Victoria. n
As a recruitment agency, Dixon Appointments focuses on matching candidates to specific role requirements through screening, interviewing and reference processes, rather than simply forwarding large volumes of applications. Their work spans a range of office and operational functions, which allows them to handle both short-term cover and longer-term placements. Compared with generic job boards, an agency of this type takes on the sourcing and vetting work for the employer and remains involved through the placement period.
n
The business holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 397 reviews, a volume that indicates sustained client and candidate feedback over time. Clients can usually expect a brief to be discussed before shortlisting begins, with regular updates on progress. Office hours run Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, and the firm is closed on weekends, so urgent enquiries outside these hours should be sent in writing.
