QUEEN ST FLOWER CO is a boutique florist based in Melbourne, creating custom flower bouquets, floral arrangements and potted green plants. The business serves individuals buying for personal occasions, gifting, and homes or offices that want fresh flowers or indoor plants on a regular basis. Its Google listing describes the shop as a tranquil boutique, reflecting a small-scale, considered approach rather than high-volume retail.
n
The shop’s focus is on bespoke work: arrangements are customised to the client’s brief rather than selected from a fixed catalogue, which distinguishes it from supermarket and chain florists that rely on pre-made stock. Alongside cut flowers, the range includes green plants, allowing clients to combine living foliage with floral pieces. Working on a boutique scale generally means closer contact between the client and the florist during the ordering process, which suits those with specific colour, style or budget requirements.
n
The business holds a 4.5/5 rating from 131 Google reviews, a sample size large enough to indicate consistent client feedback. Customers can expect personalised consultation before an order is finalised. Opening hours run Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with the shop closed on weekends, so orders for weekend events should be placed well in advance during the working week.
