As an HR consultancy, The Save Group works on an outsourced or project basis, which allows clients to draw on expertise as required rather than committing to a permanent hire. Typical areas of focus in this category include employment law compliance, policy development, performance and conduct matters, and recruitment support. Compared with generic recruitment agencies or large corporate advisory firms, specialist HR consultancies of this size generally offer closer, more hands-on relationships with each client.
